Shipping & Delivery

Reddy Toys Store packs orders at the counter in Sultan Bazar, Hyderabad, and sends them inside India. We do not ship outside India. If the address on checkout is not in India, we will cancel the order on the confirmation call.

Charges

Delivery is free when the toys in the order total ₹499 or more. Below that, checkout adds a flat ₹49, which is the amount to pay in cash with the toys. The charge is the same for a nearby Hyderabad address and for another city. It is not calculated by weight. One order is one parcel.

Counter collection has no delivery charge. If you choose collection on the confirmation call, we take the ₹49 off the cash you pay at the counter, including when you had already passed checkout with the charge showing. Say so before we dispatch. After the parcel has left, the charge stands.

When we send it

We call the mobile number on the order before anything leaves. The call confirms the toy, the total, and the address. Two attempts on that day, then the order waits until the next working day and is cancelled if we still cannot reach you. The shop is closed on Tuesday, so an order placed on Tuesday is confirmed on Wednesday. Orders placed after 6 in the evening are confirmed the next working day, not the same night.

After confirmation, Hyderabad addresses usually arrive in 2 to 4 days. Other cities usually take 4 to 8 days. A PIN code the courier marks as remote can take longer. If we know that before dispatch, we say so on the call and you can switch to collection or cancel with nothing paid. We do not promise a delivery on a named date. Festival weeks and weather can add days, and we will say so if the courier has already told us.

Packing

Toys leave in brown paper, with the order number written on the outside and a note inside that repeats the toy’s name and age. The bronze cart is wrapped so the metal does not rub the paper. Strings are coiled, not left hanging out of the parcel. If the paper arrives torn and the toy is damaged, that is a claim under the Return Policy. Photograph the parcel before you throw the paper away.

The doorstep

Have the cash ready. The courier collects the order total. Check the toy’s name against the note before you pay if the courier can wait. If you are not at the address, the courier’s own attempt rules apply, and a parcel returned to us undelivered cancels the sale with nothing paid. We will call you once when it comes back. We do not automatically send it a second time.

Collection

Collect at Reddy Toys Store, Sultan Bazar, between 11 and 8, except Tuesday. Bring the order number and the name on the order. We keep a confirmed collection for 3 shop days after the call. After that the toy goes back on the shelf and the order is cancelled.

A wrong address

If you notice a mistake before dispatch, tell us on the confirmation call or through the contact page and we will correct it. If the parcel has already gone to the address you typed, a second delivery to a new address is a new ₹49, payable in cash, unless the mistake was ours in copying the address down.
